Cell lineages

Selecting cells that represent cancers or represent normal lineage specific cells is confounded by the need to develop cell specific markers (Immunotype) that present on the surface to allow FACS sorting. Alternatively, microscopic handling laboriously isolates cells. There is a new report of a methods that exploits biotin labeling and only requires a genetic step.
